NATURAL SHILAJIT™ AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS
Effective date: July 25, 2026
These terms govern participation in the Natural Shilajit™ Affiliate Program operated by Healthy Nutrition Group LLC.
1. ACCEPTANCE AND PROGRAM STATUS
By applying to, accessing, or participating in the program, you agree to these terms and any campaign-specific instructions provided through Refersion or by the Natural Shilajit™ affiliate team.
Participation is subject to approval. We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account in accordance with these terms. You must keep your account, channel, promotional-method, tax, and payment information accurate.
2. COMMISSION
The standard commission rate is 25% of eligible product revenue attributed to the affiliate. Eligible product revenue is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes, shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent or high-risk orders, test orders, self-referrals, and orders that violate these terms.
We may offer temporary bonuses, separate offers, or different rates through a written campaign notice. Campaign-specific terms control only for that campaign.
3. ATTRIBUTION
The standard attribution window is 45 days after a valid affiliate click. Attribution is determined by Refersion and the program's current tracking configuration.
Commission is not guaranteed when tracking is blocked or removed, another eligible affiliate receives valid later attribution, an unauthorized or unrelated code is used, the order cannot be reliably connected to the affiliate, or the transaction is duplicated or invalid. We may correct attribution errors supported by order and tracking evidence.
4. VALIDATION AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Commissions remain pending while the underlying order is reviewed for fulfillment, returns, refunds, cancellations, disputes, fraud, and program compliance. Approval timing follows the current Refersion configuration and the applicable order-review period. A longer hold may apply when an order, delivery, dispute, fraud, or compliance issue remains unresolved.
Unless a written campaign notice states otherwise, commission applies to the first eligible subscription order only. Subscription renewals are not commissionable by default.
5. PAYMENTS AND TAX INFORMATION
Payments are issued according to the published payout schedule after commissions become approved and all required payout and tax information is complete.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details, completing required Auto Pay setup, providing required tax documentation, and paying taxes owed on affiliate income. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details, incomplete tax information, processor review, or an unresolved compliance investigation.
6. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose the financial relationship with Natural Shilajit™ wherever you endorse or promote our products.
Examples include:
"I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."
"Affiliate link. I may receive a commission at no extra cost to you."
"Paid partner of Natural Shilajit™."
The disclosure must appear close to the endorsement and before or near the affiliate link. It must not be hidden only in a profile, terms page, group of hashtags, or collapsed text.
7. ACCURATE PRODUCT INFORMATION
Use accurate, substantiated, and current product, offer, sourcing, and laboratory information. Do not fabricate testimonials, misrepresent customer experiences, describe a product as FDA approved, or present a personal experience as a guaranteed result.
Do not claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease. Do not guarantee health, hormonal, sexual, cognitive, sleep, detoxification, or performance outcomes. Content involving pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication interactions, disease, or named competitor comparisons requires written review before publication.
When discussing laboratory work, Certificates of Analysis, DBP molecular authentication, fulvic acid, minerals, heavy metals, or authenticity comparisons, use the current materials supplied by Natural Shilajit™ and describe what the evidence actually shows.
8. BRAND ASSETS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use current approved Natural Shilajit™ assets solely to promote the program.
Do not alter assets to add unsupported claims, register a domain or social handle that impersonates Natural Shilajit™, use our trademarks in a misleading manner, present yourself as an employee or official representative, or continue using expired or withdrawn assets.
You may create original content using the product and current approved information. You may not copy another affiliate's original content or use Natural Shilajit™ website content outside the rights supplied with the applicable asset.
9. PAID ADVERTISING AND TRADEMARK BIDDING
Without prior written approval, you may not bid on, purchase, or target Natural Shilajit™, Healthy Nutrition Group, our domain names, product names, misspellings, or confusingly similar brand terms.
You may not direct-link paid ads through an affiliate link, use our display URL in an ad, run advertising that appears to be an official brand advertisement, retarget Natural Shilajit™ site visitors, or use misleading before-and-after creative without written authorization.
10. COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS
Promote only coupons, prices, bonuses, gifts, and promotions supplied or approved by Natural Shilajit™.
Do not advertise expired, fake, or unauthorized codes; claim exclusive savings without written confirmation; use "click to reveal" when no valid offer exists; overwrite another affiliate's attribution; or label a coupon as verified when it has not been tested.
Coupon, loyalty, and deal publishers require separate approval and may be assigned a different offer or commission rate.
11. PROHIBITED TRAFFIC AND CONDUCT
The following are prohibited:
- Self-referrals.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, redirects, or coupon injection.
- Adware, spyware, toolbars, browser extensions, or code that overwrites attribution.
- Spam or unlawful unsolicited communication.
- False identities or multiple accounts used to evade controls.
- Unapproved incentivized traffic.
- Fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful content.
- Unauthorized marketplace resale.
- Traffic or content that violates another platform's rules.
- Manipulation, masking, or circumvention of affiliate tracking.
12. EMAIL, SMS, AND DIRECT MESSAGING
If you use email, SMS, direct messaging, or another electronic channel, you must obtain all legally required consent and provide required sender identification and opt-out mechanisms.
Natural Shilajit™ customer lists may not be copied, scraped, purchased, shared, or used by affiliates.
13. MONITORING AND RECORDS
We may review affiliate sites, posts, ads, traffic sources, links, coupons, and conversion patterns for quality, attribution, and compliance.
You must provide requested placement or traffic information within a reasonable period. Failure to provide sufficient information may result in a hold, denial, suspension, or termination.
14. REVERSALS AND WITHHELD COMMISSIONS
We may reverse or withhold commission connected to a returned, refunded, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, or self-referred order; an attribution error; prohibited traffic; an unauthorized coupon; or a material violation of these terms.
You may request review by sending the relevant conversion ID and supporting information to the affiliate team.
15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Either party may end participation.
We may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate for fraud, deception, unsafe claims, impersonation, prohibited advertising, spam, tracking manipulation, or another material violation. For a correctable issue, we may request removal or correction before taking further action.
After termination, you must stop using program links, codes, claims, and brand assets. Valid approved commissions earned before termination remain subject to these terms and applicable law.
16. PROGRAM CHANGES
We may update the program, commission rate, attribution rules, assets, or these terms with notice through Refersion, email, or the program page.
Changes apply prospectively unless a correction is required for fraud, error, legal compliance, or a campaign term clearly states otherwise.
17. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
You participate as an independent contractor. Participation does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or authority to bind Natural Shilajit™ or Healthy Nutrition Group LLC.
