AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS - HEALTHY NUTRITION GROUP LTDA

MANDATORY TERMS:

1. CONTENT RIGHTS

Affiliates may NOT copy, transcribe, paraphrase, reproduce or otherwise use in any format any: text, video, segment of video, images (including before and after images) or files found on our website or within promotional materials in their promotions other than those provided by Healthy Nutrition Group for official promotional use on the affiliate page.

2. BRAND BIDDING - SEARCH ENGINES

Affiliates may NOT bid on keywords, "brand-bidding" (word, sentence or phrase) on any search engine such as Google, Bing and Yahoo where any part of the keyword targeted contains "Healthy Nutrition", "HNG" or product name variations such as "Healthy Nutrition reviews", "buy Healthy Nutrition", "Healthy Nutrition price", etc.

3. PAID ADVERTISING - PPC/PAID SOCIAL

Affiliates may NOT bid on, target, or use paid advertising campaigns (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads) where the keyword, audience target, or creative contains the brand name, product name, or any trademark/brand variation of Healthy Nutrition Group.

4. FALSE REPRESENTATION

Affiliates may NOT falsely represent themselves as the creators, owners, or official representatives of Healthy Nutrition Group in their promotions.

5. PROHIBITED LANGUAGE

Affiliates may NOT use words such as "fraud", "scam", "fake", "deceptive" or similar negative terminology in their promotions including but not limited to: ad content, blog posts, landing pages, video titles, written content, email, social media posts or other metadata.

6. CHECKOUT PAGE BYPASS

Affiliates may NOT direct prospects directly to the checkout page bypassing the Healthy Nutrition Group website. All customers must purchase through the official Healthy Nutrition Group website.

7. MARKETPLACE RESALE PROHIBITION

Affiliates may NOT promote, sell, wholesale or resell Healthy Nutrition products on any retail site including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Mercado Livre, OLX, Shopee, Alibaba, or any third-party marketplace platform.

8. TRACKING INTEGRITY

Affiliates may NOT manipulate, alter, mask, or circumvent the affiliate tracking system in any way. All clicks and conversions must be fully traceable through legitimate affiliate links/promo codes. Any attempt to hijack traffic or bypass tracking systems will result in immediate termination.

9. CONTENT DUPLICATION

Affiliates may NOT copy or closely duplicate promotional content, landing pages, or strategies from other affiliates without permission. Substantially similar content across multiple affiliates will be treated as a violation.

10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Affiliates' websites, promotions and all materials (regardless of country of domicile) MUST be in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation: The Federal Trade Commission Act ("FTC Act"), FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR/LGPD privacy regulations, Local consumer protection laws and regulations, All anti-spam and privacy laws in their jurisdiction, Industry-specific advertising standards and best practices.

11. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Affiliates MUST clearly and conspicuously disclose in all promotional content that they are an affiliate earning commissions from sales. Disclosures must be easy to see and understand. Failure to disclose affiliate relationship violates FTC guidelines and this agreement.

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION:

If you violate ANY of the above terms, you will be:

- INSTANTLY BANNED from the program

- BLACKLISTED from future participation

- ALL pending commissions will be DENIED and VOIDED

- Any future sales will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED and not credited

- Your account name will be reported to affiliate networks and fraud databases

- Subject to legal action if applicable

NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. Decision is final and irrevocable.

AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You are fully responsible for your promotional content and marketing strategies.

- You are responsible for all your own taxes, tax filings, and legal compliance in your country.

- Healthy Nutrition Group is solely responsible for customer service and technical support.

- Healthy Nutrition Group is NOT responsible for any third-party links, external content, or materials outside our control.

- You assume all risk for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from your promotional activities.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

By clicking "Accept" or by using your affiliate link/promo code, you declare that you have read and fully understood all of these terms, agree completely with every single point, understand the consequences of violation, and assume full responsibility for your actions and compliance.
